Coil to Fit: Kick-Out Blocks

This Sharpen drill develops the proper posture, mechanics and timing of the 90˚ Brace Foot and Buckle Shoulder fit. After developing these skills, advance to the CTB to Fit progression.

Coil to Fit w/ Harness

The next progression after the Teeter Drill with the harness. This drill allows players to feel and develop the mechanics of the hip uncoil with a partner supporting their weight through the use of the harness.
