The “Wrecking Ball” Drill is a great Sharpen drill to train and develop hip explosion.  

Long Jump

The “Long Jump” is a Shape drill that emphasizes the importance of using the hips for power. Distance of the “Long Jump” is created by exploding and uncoiling the hips.  

Hook Drill

The “Hook Drill” is a Sharpen Drill that gives instant feedback to whether a player is properly uncoiling their hips. The Partner is elevated when the hips are uncoiled properly.
