By signing up an account withTip of the Spear(Safe Football LLC DBA Tip of the Spear)or by using a service or continuing to use any of Tip of the Spear’s services, this service agreement is valid and in effect. Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC) and you (the “customer”) fully agree to the following terms and conditions. You represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal power and authority to enter into this agreement. If you are signing up to use Tip of the Spear’s various products and services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the complete authority to bind the company to the terms governing the use of the Tip of the Spear’s services, and the term “customer” means you and all users/viewers under this subscription agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, or if you do not have the authority, then you must stop using Tip of the Spear’s products and services.

Accurate Customer Information
The Customer agrees to provide Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC) with accurate billing and contact information, including legal name, program name (if applicable), street address, telephone number, and Email address. The Customer also agrees to notify Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)of any changes to this information within a period not to exceed 7 days. Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)reserves the right to terminate Customer access to the Service, without any obligation to return Customer data, if the Customer provides fraudulent contact or billing information.
Customer Account Security and Passwords
The Customer is entirely responsible for all activities that occur within the Customer’s account, and where applicable, the activities that occur within additional accounts established by the Customer. The Customer will choose, or be temporarily assigned, all applicable passwords to use with the Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)Service. The Customer shall be entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its passwords and account data, and where applicable the passwords and accounts of each user accessing the Service using an account established by the Customer. Any unauthorized use or breach of security of a Customer account, and where applicable, other accounts established by the Customer, shall be reported immediately to Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC).
Customer Data
Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)acknowledges that all data submitted by the Customer (“Customer Data”), or its agents, is intellectual property owned exclusively by, or licensed to, the Customer. The Customer acknowledges, and agrees, that the accuracy, integrity, reliability, quality, legality, and copyright of all Customer Data shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer, and Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)shall not be held accountable or liable for any correction, deletion, loss, destruction, copyright claims or failure to store any such Customer Data.
Confidentiality of Customer Data
Customer information such as contact details, Customer Data, and usage analytics derived from use of the Service is considered confidential to Customer. Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)will not share, rent, sell, or trade Customer information. Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)may only use the Customer information to provide the Services under this Agreement, contact the Customer and provide necessary support, evaluate the satisfaction of Service, enhance Customer experience or ensure proper billing and payment for the Service.
Customer Data Backup and Security
Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)shall use all reasonable efforts to protect Customer’s Data. However, it is Customer’s responsibility to secure and maintain backup copies of all the Customer Data.
Inappropriate Use
The Customer and employees or agents will not use the Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)Service in any way to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, unsolicited commercial email (“spam”), abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)harmless against any third party claim or action, civil or criminal that arises from the Customer’s use of the Service in any manner that is inconsistent with this Agreement.
Customer Support
Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC), or its designee(s), shall provide Support according to support plans included with the purchased subscription or if purchased separately.

30-Day Free Trial Subscription
New Customers may be given a 30-day free limited trial period to aTip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC)Video Library. Commencement of the 30-day period starts with the date of acceptance of this Agreement. The Customer acknowledges and agrees, that following the expiration of the 30-day trial, the Customer will be billed at the yearly subscription rate selected. Prior to the end of the 30-day trial period, the Customer may cancel at any time and shall not incur any charges from the subscription. Only one user/email will receive this free trial. Any users attempting to manipulate this free trial or deceive Tip of the Spear (Safe Football LLC) will be charged the full subscription rate.
Billing Period and Cancellations
After the 30-day free trial period, the selected video library subscription will automatically bill, in full, at the listed price. Subscriptions are renewed and billed annually, to the start date of this agreement. For example, if the Customer begins their free 30-day trial on January 15th 2022, the subscription will automatically renew on January 15th 2023, unless the subscription is cancelled before this date. Customers may contact Tip of the Spear ([email protected]) at any time to cancel their subscription.
Refunds
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to cancel their subscription prior to the end of the free trial period. After the 30-day free trial period and/or a subscription has been billed and/or renewed, refunds will not be guaranteed.
