How to use the Rack Attack 

• The Rack Attack has multiple quick release straps to secure to any weight room rack.
• The front pad resembles our BLAST Hand Shield and allows players to work on a variety of hand fits and drills
• The bottom Ledge Pad can be quickly be connected to isolate hip explosion drills, such as our “Wrecking Ball” drill.
